What are the Meijer Shipping and Delivery methods?

We ship most items within 2-4 business days after you place your order. Some items take longer to process before they ship. Please refer to the "Usually processes in" section on the product details page; this can range from 2-42 business days

  • Next Day Delivery: Items usually arrive within 2 business days after we ship
  • 2nd Day Delivery: Items usually arrives within 3 business days after we ship
  • Standard Delivery: Items usually arrives within 4-10 business days after we ship
  • Special Delivery (To Home, In Room, White Glove): Items usually arrives within 14-21 business days after we ship.

What's Special Delivery?

Special Delivery is for delicate or large items. Some items will only ship this way. The delivery carrier will contact you to arrange delivery time and window. Special Deliveries can only be made Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. You must be at home to accept and sign for your delivery.

There are three Special Delivery service levels available:

  • To Home (Bronze) service: The carrier will deliver the item to the first dry area they come to, such as your garage or porch. To Home doesn't include unpacking, assembly, or debris removal; there's no weight limit on the item delivered.
  • In Room (Silver): The carrier will bring the item into your home and to a room of your choice, including up or down 2 flights of stairs. Assembly, unpacking, and debris removal are not included; there are no item number or weight limits.
  • White Glove: The carrier will bring the item into the room of your choice, unpack it, remove the debris, and even give you 15 minutes of tool-free assembly. Choose this option when you order a new mattress and we'll remove your old mattress for FREE! Free removal of old mattress is offered only with the selection of White Glove delivery.

Where do I track my order?

  1. Click here to go to your Order Status
    1. Sign in if you have a Meijer.com account, or
    2. Enter your Order Code (Order #) and Zip Code. Your Order # can be found in your confirmation email. (If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your Spam folder.)
  1. Click on the Order Number for the item you wish to track.
  2. Click the Tracking Number for the item. (Tracking number is available only after the product has been marked "Shipped.").

If the status of your item is "Shipped" and no tracking information is available, rest assured your order is on its way. Call us with any concerns at 1-877-363-4537

Please note:

  • It may take up to 24 hours for Meijer.com to update tracking information.
  • Tracking information will not appear for internationally shipped orders until your item(s) leave the U.S. hub.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery on most items.
  • Oversized items require special delivery arrangements and will be delivered in 14-21 business days. Tracking information may not be available. See the Special Delivery section for more information.

Does Meijer deliver all over the US?


Yes, Meijer.com delivers most products to all 50 states and offers several delivery options. Unfortunately, we can't ship to P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APOs or FPOs. We also cannot ship Grocery items to Hawaii or Alaska.
Not all delivery methods are available for all items, and some items require a specific delivery method (for example, most bed mattresses ship only by Special Delivery).

I ordered quite a few items. Will they all arrive together?

In order to ship your order as quickly as possible, we'll send the items out as each becomes available, so if you ordered more than one item, they may arrive separately and on separate days.

What if I'm not home when my package arrives?

If your order is shipping Special delivery (To Home, In Room or White glove), the carrier will call you to arrange a 4-hour window where you should be home to meet the delivery staff. If you miss a Parcel delivery, you'll get the standard note on the door telling you when they plan to come back, or where you can pick up the package. Most Standard deliveries are left at your front door or with your apartment office if applicable.

Are there any special conditions on your standard shipping offers?

Yes.  Standard shipping offers are only available for qualifying Meijer.com online purchases.  Special pricing or offers are good only while supplies last. Please see our Special Offers Page for current special pricing and offers.

Can I have my package shipped COD?

No, we don't offer cash on delivery (COD) services or accept checks for online purchases. However, we happily accept our Meijer MasterCard, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

How do I return products that I'm not satisfied with?

Is the shipping time the same for Grocery items?

No. Grocery items are shipped using a different process and can only be shipped using Standard service. Please allow 5-7 business days for all Grocery packages to arrive. Sorry, we can't ship Grocery orders to Hawaii and Alaska.

My selection contains a food item, but I found it in a different section of Meijer.com. Do the Grocery shipping rules apply?

No. If you found your product outside the Grocery section of the Meijer.com site navigation, it will not follow the Grocery rules. Please use the above shipping chart to determine shipping time and expedited options.

My order never arrived - now what?

We know it can be frustrating when an order doesn't arrive when you expect it. The first step to finding your package is to track it. Click here for order tracking instructions.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, please check with a neighbor, co-worker, or building manager. Occasionally packages are left with someone who has accepted it on your behalf. It may also have been left at your front door, garage, or tucked out of plain view someplace nearby.

If your order is past the delivery timeframe and is listed as shipped but you can't find it, or there isn't any tracking information in your Order History, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-E-MEIJER (1-877-363-4537) for assistance.
